Monday Throwing and conditioning
Braemer stone 8-10 throws I really suck at this
LWFD
about 8-10 throws finally got the DBL spin down and hit 42'7"
Light hammer
Did 5 throws and got a huge PR of 74'7"
WOB had to no bar to throw over but did some throws with the 42 and 56.
Conditioning
Sled drag for 200 feet to warmup
Drag sled 80 feet then push prowler 80 feet did this 5 times
Tabata sledgehammer swings with 12# sledgehammer
Tried to do some tabata jumping jacks but my knee gave out.
Tommorrow I will weigh myself and hopefully I lost at least 3-4 lbs since last time.
