Long Week

Been really cutting back on the diet to try and get this last bit of weight off, has been taking away alot of energy.

Tuesday

Practiced some throwing went ok

Thursday

Axle clean and press

210 x 3 wow this felt terrible
Legs were wobbly from all the extra cardio

Close grip bench

Was suprised about this as my overhead felt terrible.

Weighted dips
53 x 5 x 2 sets
75 x 5 PR
96 x 3 huge PR

Blast strap extensions
3 x 10

Wrist curls
3 x 20

COC for some sets

Friday
Went and practiced throwing got a huge PR on the LWFD of 44'7"

Decided to deload on everything else just did some light squats
225 x 5 x 2 sets

Sunday
Good day hot as hell though.

Keg carry and Load 200, 220, 250 from 20 feet away good run could have been a little faster

Tire flip 500# tire 60 feet
Fast run, Corey beat me by 3 sec.

Bicep and shoulders work.

Feeling decent hoping to lose 3-4 more pounds this week to make the cut easier.
