My knee was still a little jacked up so it wasn't a great workout, but it could have been alot worse.

Thursday

Axle clean and Press

200 x 5 crappy didn't have any energy

Close grip bench
175 x 3
200 x 3
225 x 8

Dips
3 x 10

Band extensions
3 x 15

Grippers
3 x 10

Axle wrist curls
3 x 15

Did 60 chinups

Weight is down to 213 feeling good and weak, but it will come back.
