Went and practiced some highlands throwing
Braemer, didn't hit a personal best but did get one of my better throws in while of 24' 7", thanks to some tips from my buddy Jerome.
LWFD Jerome gave me some better tips on the DBL spin that paid off big time. For some reason I wasn't getting very good distances. Turns out I had the weight overloaded by like 4-5lbs, I knew it didn't feel right LOL!
Came back home and finished up

200, 220, 250 from 20' feet away over a 48" crossbar did it in 21.xx sec, under 20 is very doable.
Tire Flip
500# tire 60 feet 43.xx had 2 slipups that cost me time, I can fix this. Corey demolished his run and did it in 37.xx.
