So I was sitting at work and I kept thinking what can I do tonight that will just be absolutely horrible. I think I found the right combination.
Circuit of
Dynamic deads 315 x 2
Prowler Push + 90lbs x 50 ft
150# keg carry x 50 ft
Did this 8 times took me about 11 min.
Had to sit down for a little while.
DB rows
160lbs x 8 reps x 3 sets
Standing rows with bands
5 x 15
Chuck V rows
5 x 15
SSB low box squats
5 sets x 3 reps
These killed my core and upperback
Prowler Pushes + 90lbs
5 sets of 120 feet
Sledghammer swings
16#er x 10 x 5 sets
Chest Supported rows
10,12,15
