So going into this workout, I felt like shit. Super tired, depressed, just generally pissed off. But I had a goal in mind and I was going to get that damn goal.

Was planning on doing 8 and that is what I thought I did but I miscounted during my set. Pretty happy about this.

Standing abs
3 x 20
That's it, but I was happy.
