Little bit of overhead, crappy front squats, and some deads.

Decided to deload my axle press and just strict press.

Strict Presses
45 x 10
95 x 2
135 x 2
175 x 2

217 x 2 Pretty sure this is a PR

Front Squats
45 x 5
95 x 2
125 x 2
155 x 2
185 x 2
215 x 2
250 x 1 bicep cramped up really bad on the 2nd rep, it stayed this way the whole workout.

Deads
335 x 2
385 x 2
425 x 2
475 x 2
515 x 1

Prowler Pushes
6 sets adding weight each set

That was it.
