Past couple of workouts

Missed posting the past couple of workouts. Some good some bad.

Thursday 9-6-12

Close grip bench
warmups

270 x 3
300 x 3
Plan was 295, but I haven't done 300 in a long time. This was good to get again.

Lat pulldowns
5 x 8

DB rows
165 x 10 x 2 sets

Sledge Swings
3 x 15 each arm

Prowler Pushes

9-9-12 Events Day
Cyr Press
worked up to 132lbs x 1 which I believe is a PR, I hate this lift.

Backwards sled drags
5 sets of 80 feet

Ciavottone grip axle dead
270 x 1
300 x a couple

Did a few other things, but not much worth mentioning.

Tuesday 9-11-12 craptastic workout
Axle press out of rack
160 x 3
180 x 1
200 x 1
220 x 1
240 x 1
260 x 1 after a couple misses, and I blacked out, fucking awesome.

Deads
135 x 5
185 x 1
225 x 1
275 x 1
315 x 1
365 x 1
405 x 1
455 x 1
495 x 1 easy as hell but knee was really aching
535 x couldn't finish it, no stability in my knee.

at this point I called it a day, I was fuming mad from not having a decent workout and was getting madder by each missed lift.
