Overhead Pressing and Deadlifts

Felt like shit all day today, had an upset stomach and just felt shitty overall, but I was ready to train hell or high water.

Strict Presses

220 x 1 This felt good, didn't have much left for more though.

Sumo Deads
225 x 5
315 x 3
365 x 1
405 x 1
455 x 1
495 x 1
535 x 1 nice and solid
555 x miss lats starting cramping aborted.

Overall great day, feeling good and hoping things will peak right in 4 weeks.
