Been taking it easy for the most part, had some aches and pains that I had to let heal. Luckily things feel like they are coming back around. Did an ok workout today.

This felt good and easy, but I felt something pull in my left pec and decided I better stop.
Was gonna do some high box squats, but my back told me different, so I listened to it.
DB rows supersetted with Blast strap rows
8 and 10 for 3 sets
4th set 20 reps each
Finished up with some AB work.
I am gonna follow through on my goal of getting leaner, I really don't have much in site for competing right now so I will work on getting my weight down and getting rid of fat. It is gonna be hard and that is why I am gonna do it.
