Been in quite bit of pain this week as I did something to my back at the NAHA nats. Not sure yet what I did, but I do know it has been hindering me this week. Today I was finally able to do something without pain.
Close stance squats

185 x 5
225 x 5
Hang Cleans
135 x 5 x 3 sets
Green band abs
3 x 20
Overall feeling better. I still don't know what is on the horizon as far as competitions go. I have too much on my mind right now to decide.
