Finally starting to get that urge to train hard again, it is slowly coming back and I am happy for this. Great night in the gym tonight. Chuck, Corey, and myself all pulled PRs in the deadlift.

Strict presses
worked up to a pathetic 175lb single, but I have a starting point now and I am sure this will be done for reps in a month.
Super Yoke

480 lbs x 2 trips of 60 feet
Didn't do much else.
Tuesday
Power snatch
worked up to 155lbs x 1 to match a PR, tried 160lbs missed it a few times.

425 x 11 wow this sucked, but I am glad I did it. PR for reps.
Box squats
340 x 2 x 4 sets
420 x 2 PR for no belt
Sledghammer swings x 10 supersetted with Green band abs x 20 x 3 sets
