Upperbody and throwing

Ok workout today, strength is coming back slowly, but at least it is coming back.

Push presses
150 x 3
170 x 3
190 x 10

Wow I hate reps, but there a needed evil right now. Working on my recatch and it is getting better.

Went and practiced some throwing.

Open stone
HWFD got a PR of 21'2"
LWFD no prs but consistently hit 42'
Light hammer I sucked
WOB did 3 over 10'

Close grip bench
225 x 5 x 2 sets

Dips

Thick bar pressdowns
