Lower Body workout

Nothing special tonight, I felt a little rundown so I took it rather easy.

Power Cleans
185 x 5
205 x 5
215 x 3

My upperbody was sore and these were no fun with that.

Close stance squats no belt
210 x 5
240 x 3
270 x 10

Not alot of weight, but it made me happy to do this for 10 reps, there were quite easy and it means I am on the right track.

abs
6 sets of 20 reps.
