Past couple of workouts

Events day
This day went decent, but I was worn out halfway through it.

Axle press out of the rack
warmup
230 x 1,1,1,1,1,5

Downset
185 x 10 working on recatch

Arm over arm
Toyota Tundra x 2 sets of 60 feet

12" deadlift
475 x 2 back was shot

That was it, was kind of disspointed but overall I shouldn't complain.

Monday Biceps and sled drags
Thick bar curls 8,10,12,10,8
Blast strap curls 5 x 10
Thick bar hammer curls 5 x 8

Backwards sled drags 4 sets of 80 feet.

Tuesday
Strict Presses
warmup
190 x 3 x 5 sets

Rear delt raises
4 x 10

Pulls to the face
15,20,20,21

Deadlifts all sets with 150lbs of chain
295 x 3
335 x 3
385 x 3
425 x 1 was supposed to be 3, wasn't gonna happen
Take chains off
425 x 5 had nothing left was supposed to do 3 sets

Cambered bar high box squats
3 x 5

Bent over rows
12,10,8,6,4

Shrugs
3 x 8

Abs
3 x 8

Worn out, looking forward to resting for a day.
