Benching and squatting, what a good workout.

Really great night of training, exactly what I needed to get me in a better mood.

Went over to Bryan's place and trained with him, Troy, and Zach.

Close grip bench all sets with 80lbs of chain.

95 x 3
135 x 3
165 x 3
195 x 3
225 x 3
245 x 2
I don't know if it is Bryan's chain set up or what but this felt a helluva a lot heavier than 325 at the top
Take off chains downset
245 x 8,5,4

DB floor presses
100s x 5 x 4 sets

Rolling DB extensions
35s x 8 x 4 sets

Back Squats all sets with 80lbs of chain
135 x 3
185 x 3
215 x 3
245 x 3
275 x 3
315 x 1 wow that was heavier than expected.
Was supposed to do a downset, but I was wiped out.

Hyperextensions
3 x 8

Great night, felt so good to put some hard work in.
