Benching and Squatting

Very hard workout today, I was tired, sore, and just generally feeling beat up.

But I manned up and said "Lets do this SHIT!!!"

Close grip bench
285 x 1 x 10 sets
This took a while. I was training my daughter, good friend, and my wife.

Weighted dips
53lbs x 5 x 5

Push Downs
4 x 10

Back Squats
315 x 1 x 10 sets
This were hard, only because my knee was swollen and hurt like hell. But I pushed through and got them done.

Snatch grip romanian DLs
3 x 8

That was it. Overall great workout. Very happy I was able to squat, not very often than I can squat every week.
