Strict presses and deadlifts

Todays workout was just plain hard as hell. It took everything I had to get through it. I almost pussed out, but Josh called me out and I wasn't about to let him do that. Good thing I had someone there to remind how I would have bitched anyone else out.

These were hard, I had to really tell myself not to stop after 5 reps.

Hard fucking workout, very happy to get through it.
