Changed my plans up a little bit today. Was supposed to be a sort of deload, but I figured I might try for a strict press single but as I was getting going I realized that my shoulders and upperback was way too sore for this.
Strict Press
after stupidity of trying heavier weights
160 x 5 x 3 sets
DB clean and press each reps
50 x 10 x 3 sets
Deadlifts 12" starting height.
455lbs x 10 reps in 60 sec
I was very happy about this, needed this as a confidence booster.
Bent Over rows
275 x 6 x 2 sets was supposed to do 3 sets but I was shot.
Overall great workout. Looking forward to an easy week next week.
