Event training day

Great training day, kicked my ass, but a great day.

Axle press out of rack.
240 x 1 x 7 sets
downset
200 x 10

Car DL hold
Couldn't pick it up strapless, did a couple with straps.
Stupid fucking event.

12" Deadlift
405 x 10 deadstop each rep. While this is lightweight I was very happy to get 10 reps here.

Stones
230 x 5 fast, but I was shot at this point.
