Felt very rundown, work has had me a little stressed out but I will get through it.

Close grip bench with 75lbs of chains
bar x 3
95 x 3
135 x 3
185 x 3
225 x 3
255 x 1 way heavier than expected
Take off chains
255 x 5,5,4

Floor Presses
80s x 4 x 8 reps

Dips
4 x 10

That was it.
