Switched back to using the axle for these, it feels alot better. Gonna do a cycle of light weights on these and then switch things up.

Add sandbag carry
super yoke 600lbs x 60 feet then carry 250# sandbag 60 feet, wow this sucked but I finished it.
Yoke felt off, not very fast but it was ok.
Corey did some thick DB presses, so I did some shoulder work.
