Deload lower body

Kind of a deload workout. I was quite happy with how it went.




Hang snatches

95 x 3 singles

115 x 3 singles

125 x 3 singles



I attempted some miller clean and jerks with 95lbs but they just turned into cleans, SOB that hurts like hell!!!



Then I tried some 1 arm clean and jerks, my elbow hurts way too bad and I suck at jerking.



Continental to the belt

225 x 1

315 x 1

385 x 1

410 x 1 PR

420 x 1 PR

435 x miss miss so close



Prowler Pushes

90lbs x downhill and uphill

180lbs x downhill and uphill

270lbs x downhill and uphill

360lbs x downhill and uphill, if I would have timed the uphill set I think it might have required a calendar, I just kept pushing and almost fell over at the end.



Standing abs

3 x 20
