Sunday and Tuesday shitty ass workouts

Sunday I attempted to do what most people call train, but in reality all I did was lift like a dumbass. So I will leave it at that.

Tuesday Supposed deadlift day.

Power Snatches and Hang snatches

Deadlifts
225 x 3
315 x 3
405 x 2
495 x 1
550 x miss about a million times. I don't what the hell happended here, I just couldn't get it to go. I am starting to wonder how I feel about pulling with a deadlift bar. I gotta learn how to pull the slack out of the bar.

Front squat
135 x 3
185 x 1
205 x 1
225 x 1
235 x 1
I used the clean grip on these, gotta get used to it. I like how it feels but it hurt so much on my wrist.

DB rows
2 x 15

Prowler sprints
10 sets of 90 feet

Abs
3 x 20

So I wanted to have something go good for the damn night, so I picked on of my goals for the year.

2 handed pinch grip
175 x 1 at least something went good, son of a bitch !!!! 180 is the new goal.
