Upperbody and Lower body workouts.

The week has been kind of rough as I jumped into training too soon and have felt like hell all week.

Upperbody Thursday 3-29-12
Bench Press
warmup
225 x 5
235 x 4
245 x 3
210 x 8
210 x 10 I suck at reps

Elevated pushups
3 x 10

That was it I was exhausted and tired.

Lower Body 3-30-12

Box squats
135 x 5
225 x 5
265 x 5
305 x 5 x 3 sets

Power Snatches
5 sets x 2 reps

Power Cleans
5 sets x 2 reps

2 Dumbbells Deadlift
210lbs x 1
310lbs x 1
390lbs x 1
450lbs x 1 PR

Abs
3 x 20
