Lower body workout

Ok day today, didn't really think it would go as well as it had.

Hang snatch x a bunch, getting better at these but I was using light weights.

DBL overhand axle deads
200 x 3
250 x 2
280 x 1
300 x 1
320 x miss

Deadlifts
335 x 2
425 x 2
475 x 1
535 x 1 happy about this, next week is 550 it should go well.

Speed pulls, actually they were slow as hell
385 x 3 x 2 sets

Front squats
135 x 3
185 x 1
225 x 1
Tried knee wraps, but I am still a big pussy on front squats. I missed 275.

18" deadlifts
425 x 1
515 x 1
605 x 1
655 x 1 I think this is a raw PR
705 x miss, almost got it to break from the boxes I would have got it had that happended.

Some core work then I went and stuffed myself with wings.
