Deadlifts and lower assistance

Very tired, very sore, and just in general rundown. But I still managed a half way decent workout.

Deadlifts
135 x 5
225 x 5
315 x 5
405 x 5
455 x 5 x 3 sets

Tried to do some bent over rows but my hammies were too tired and sore.

12" base squats
225 x 2 x 5 sets

So Ian was doing stones and I figured why not do a few.
230 x couple
310 x 1
I was gonna do much but I knew if I did the 310 it would fire Ian up enough to hopefully load up the damn thing, and it did.

Chest supported rows
5 sets x 6 reps

Nothing special, better than nothing.
