Tuesday I feel better but I knew I better not push it. So I just did overhead work and no squatting or lower body.

230 x 5 left a few in the tank, to say I was happy with this is an understatement. My overhead press has been in the shitter for close to year. But now that I have let my weight stay constant for a couple months it seems things are turning around. I am setting my goal for a 1 rep PR for october.
