warmup 210 x 5 x 3 sets Very suprised I got all 3 sets Strict Press 110 x 5 130 x 5 150 x 5 170 x 5 Box Squats 265 x 3 x 10 sets Band Leg Curls 3 x 10 Pulls to face 3 x 10 Standing abs 3 x 20 Sledge swings 3 x 10 Not a bad night, squats were brutal, my head felt like it was gonna explode. Jesse |
