Thursday Benching and Deadlifting

Close grip bench

Close grip incline
135 x 5
135 x 3 + 40lbs of chain
135 x 3 "                      "
155 x 1 + 80lbs of chain
135 x 3 x 2 sets + 80lbs of chain

Deadlifts

475 x 5 easy, was gonna do 3 sets but my knee was acting up.

Bent Over rows
225 x 5
275 x 5 again was gonna do 3 sets but couldn't stand on my knee

DB rows
100s x 10,12,15

Leg raises
5 x 10

Came home and trained the wife and daughter
Did a bunch of 2" and 1" Vbar and jump roping, was sweating my balls off after this.

Fun night of lifting, Gabby got a 20# PR on the 1" Vbar,
