Upperbody workout

Hot and humid and I was sick, but I still managed a decent workout.

Close grip bench
135 x 5
225 x 5
255 x 3
285 x 1 x 5 sets

Close grip bench with chains
175 + 4 sets of chain x 8 
175 + 3 sets of chain x 8
175 + 2 sets of chain x 8
175 + 1 set of chain x 8
Really liking this exercise for assistance. I used to do them all the time, like an idiot I stopped for some reason.

Pushdowns
5 x 15 

A bunch of grip work.
