Sundays training

Well today was one of those days that I figured I am gonna go through hell, it is time to get back to strongman training. It went ok, about as much I can expect for not doing stuff for a while.

Cyr Press
light stuff
100 x 3 x 3 sets right arm only, my left is incapable.

18" deads
495 x 1
515 x 1
these were actually easy, but I wasn't using straps and I should have as the bar I used tore my hands up, which didn't help the next lift.

Farmers walks
210 each hand x 120 feet with a turn
280 each hand x maybe 10 feet my hands were tore up.

Super Yoke
300lbs x 50 feet
400lbs x 50 feet
500lbs x 50 feet
600lbs x 20 feet I was dead at this point.

Then I just finished up with some ab work. I was tired as hell and went inside and slept for 3-4 hours.
