Grenade front raises with chains
4 x 10

Band Pullaparts
4 x 20

2" Vbar
3 sets of 5 reps each hand.

2 handed pinch grip
5 sets of 2.

Overall great workout. I was an idiot and didn't sleep enough this weekend and catched up with me yesterday. I think between naps and sleep last night I got around 12-14 hours of sleep. Gotta get my old man sleep.
