300 x 4 not hard but kept falling forward.
12" base squats
300 x 1 x 6 sets
Snatch grip RDLs
185 x 5
235 x 5
285 x 5 this smoked the glutes.
Jump roping supersetted with Hyperextension situps
100 reps and 20 reps x 5 sets.
