Log Pressing and upperbody

Was a little later than usual doing my workout as I had got lucky and got a really good deal on some old York 100# plates. Went and picked them up and it took me 1.5 hours to get it all done.

My gym is really coming around and I can't wait to spend some time getting it more organized.

Log Press viper style.

Lots of volume, my forearms were killing me.
