Strongman Sunday

Slept great the night before but I took forever to wake up, there wasn't enough caffeine to get me going. But once I got warmed up things started clicking.

262 x million misses that were really close, I should had this but I just kept fucking up every attempt.

Farmers Walks
280 each hand x 2 sets of 80'
Not bad, but I could have moved faster.

Stones
330 x 1
Took me a couple attempts to remember how to pick it up, once I did I didn't want to touch the damn thing again.

Keg Carry at hip
220 keg x 2 sets of 160'
Holy shit this sucked

Abs
grip work

Overall I am pleased with today, things seem to be on the right track.
