Decided to try some Wider grip bench pressing tonight. Still on the fence about it.
Bench press with wide grip
135 x 5
185 x 5
235 x 5
260 x 5 wide grip
260 x 5 mid grip
260 x 5 close grip tris were shot at this point.
Mac and I practiced the 2 man bent over row and 2 1 arm clean and jerk. Went ok, gotta get our timing down.
DB floor press
70s x 10,12,15,20
I am really regretting the high rep stuff right now, I can barely reach across myself without my pecs cramping.
Lat Pulldowns
5 x 10
I also did around 30-40 pullups.
Overall ok night, gonna probably only train up until Tue and then take the rest of the week off.
