Benching and Deadlifting

Today was probably one of the hardest workouts I have done in a while, it was hot, humid, and I was still sore as hell from Tuesday.

Close grip bench sort of deload
225 x 5 x 2 sets
255 x 5

Dips
5 x 10

Deads
455 x 5 x 3 sets
I was sweating so bad at this point I could barely hold onto the bar hook gripping it

Bent Over rows
185 x 5
225 x 5
255 x 5 x 2 sets was gonna do 3 sets but I was shot.

Paloff Presses
3 x 10 each side.

Great workout, deads are coming along but I have long ways to go before I am happy.
