Great day of training

Today was great 84 degrees and I was pumped up to lift.

Since I am gonna be deloading for most of the week, I decided to go ahead and do my overhead pressing, I was supposed to be a deload week but I wanted to see how near max weights felt.

Axle Press out of rack
110 x 2
135 x 2
155 x 2
175 x 2
200 x 2
220 x 2
240 x 2
250 x 1 this felt good but I was getting light headed.

Farmers Walks
210 each hand x 120 feet with a turn
260 each hand x 50 feet, so I didn't know what the hell was going on here, this slipped out of my hand way too early. So I got a great idea, and now that I think back over the years on farmers walks I did shitty on it makes sense. The was a crap load of chalk on the handles, so I wiped it off. Wallah!!!
260 each hand x 90 feet grip felt great.
So many meets I have been the last person to go and all that damn chalk is on there, and since I don't have the greatest grip anyways this makes a lot sense, must remember for the future.

Stones
330 x 1 x 2 sets
These were shitty.

Sled drag/arm over arm combo
300lbs x 3 sets of 60 feet each

Keg Carry at hip
200# x 3 sets of 100 feet
