Upperbody training

This week has probably been some of the best training I have had in a long time. Very happy with how things are coming along. Today was one of the make or break workouts. My bench press has just been in the shitter lately, and if I didn't have a good session today, I was seriously considering giving up on it.

Close grip bench
135 x 5
185 x 5
230 x 5
260 x 3
290 x 4 Call it a comeback PR

Pullups
10 sets of 5 reps, last couple of sets were hard.

Dips
bodyweight x 3
+ 35 x 3
+ 53 x 3
+ 70 x 3
+ 96 x 3
Stopper there, I wanna get up to 135 x 3 for a short term goal right now.

Bent Over rows
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 20 crap, need to video these next time to make sure I am not standing too upright.

My next lifting meet is October 14th, I am feeling very excited  about, but I really got some things I have to work on. Especially the Cyr Press.
