Decided to not push it tonight, I was still pretty sore from tuesday and I felt rundown.
Close grip bench

265 x 5 x 3 sets
Pretty happy about this, these were not terribly challenging but I had to push to get through them. I think I got probably 1-2 cycles of this routine before I have to adjust my weights.
Lat Pulldowns

1" Vbar
204lbs x 1 x 4 sets each hand
229lbs x 1 Right Hand PR
That was it.
