Quick Upperbody workout

Had to get a quick upperbody workout, my older brother was coming into town and I wanted to get my workout in before he got here.

Close grip bench
warmup
230 x 5
250 x 3
280 x 3,3,5

Pullups
5 x 5

Bent over rows
235 x 20

Dips
1 set x 20 reps

That was it, feeling strong, hoping next week brings some PRs.
