Surprised this workout went as decent as it did. I was exhausted. But I know I needed it.

Worked on dipping in the bottom, when I did it right these were night and day.

615 x miss
Called it here, just wanted to see how they felt.
Standing abs

KB swings
3 x 5
That was it, decent night.
