Good day in the gym

Didn't know how today was gonna go as my legs were sore as hell and I stayed up way too late. But it turned out great.

275 x 1 ALLTIME PR!!! Finally
285 x miss, got it cleaned, which is a PR of sorts, but wasted too much energy.

270 x 7 in 60 sec, shit this sucked. Gotta get back in shape as I am capable of 10 or 11 when I am in shape.

Hammer curls supersetted with band pulls to the face
8 and 15 x 3 sets

Blast strap pull scarecrows supersetted with curls
15 and 10 x 3 sets

25# sledgehammer x 2 sets of 15
