Last upperbody workout before the meet.

Didn't know what to expect from today, I was very sluggish before my workout. It has been over 4 weeks since I have had any big amounts of caffeine, but I needed it today(thank you Jacked!!!)

280 x 1 long pause felt terrible
305 x 1 paused terrible
325 x 1 paused best one 5# PR

Dips
bodyweight x 5
+35 x 5 x 3 sets
+53 x 5 x 2 sets

Assisted pullups
3 x 10

EZ bar curls
3 x 8

Grip work
4 sets

Behind the head extensions
3 x 10

I think that was it, overall decent day. Looking forward to deloading next week.
