Lower body day

I felt like shit today, but this workout turned out great. Quite suprising.

Box squats
warmup
300 x 2 x 8 sets these felt great nice and snappy.

Swinging KB snatches
96#er 2 x 5 each arm. These thing feels so easy now, I gotta buy a 106#er.

Tire Flips
600#er x 3 x 5 sets every single flip one motioned, felt so easy.

Abs
3 x 10 paloff presses
3 x 20 Green Band pulldown abs

Great workout.
