Rack pulls from 15-16"
worked up to 525 x 5 for a PR and then 600 x 2 for another PR. I did these dead stop each rep. Both of these sets I had more reps in me. I hate pulling from this position but it is helping a lot with certain weaknesses.
DB rows supersetted with Bent over rows
3 x 10 each
Abs
Blue band pulldown abs supersetted with Leg raises
20 and 10 x 3 sets
