Upperbody and some news.

First I just got a supplement sponsorship, very excited about this as the products this company have seem like really good and good for you products. Also I have been really working on my highland games events and I really think things are starting to come around, now if I can just figure out the caber.....

Upperbody workout
Strict presses
110 x 5
150 x 3
180 x 1
200 x 1
210 x 2
220 x 1
230 x 2 misses, so close

Push presses
230 x 3 x 2 sets these were easy and I should have done more reps but I want to work on getting a little more eplosive.

Close grip bench
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 6 back was cramping up stopped here, I think 8 would have happened today.

Dips supersetted with prowler pushes
bodyweight on dips, 180 lbs on prowler
18 reps, 80 feet prowler
12 reps, 80 feet
15 reps, 80 feet
10 reps, 80 feet
This sucked, but was fun and challenging.

Wrist curls supersetted with hammer curls
15 reps and 10 reps x 3 sets

Overall it was good day.
