Upperbody workout

Kind of an abbreviated workout, but still some good work. It was my dads 63rd birthday and it stormed just insane. So I did what I could.

Strict presses
110 x 5
150 x 3
180 x 3
200 x 3 x 2 sets

Close grip bench
135 x 5
185 x 5
223 x 3
275 x 1
295 x 1
315 x 1

That was it. Dissapointed I didn't do more but got the most important stuff done.
