Today was actually a pretty good workout, I think I will regret it tommorrow.

225 x 1 x 8 sets sort of PR, as I really suck at these. I am gonna stick with doing multiple sets of singles and see what happens.

Was gonna do 500 as my last set but I realized I was smoked at this point.
Prowler challenge. So Mac and Chuck both just got done pushing 800lbs for 60 feet. I figured what the hell lets make it 850lbs and see what happens.
I went about 20 feet, took off 50lbs and made it another 10 feet before my legs gave out. I think one of the skids needs to be fixed as the prowler was really grabbing on the right side. Oh well still sort of a PR.
